These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) apply to this cash-back promotional offer (“Promotional Offer”) for the customers, which is sponsored and brought to you by GULF OIL LUBRICANTS INDIA LIMITED   (“GULF” or “Gulf Oil”) and conducted by RewardPort (“Partner agency or RP”) on the different SKUs (together referred to as “Products”) calling out this offer on the package as per the terms and conditions mentioned herein and the package. In terms of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the pack and these terms and conditions, the terms herein mentioned shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.

THE OFFER & ELEGIBILITY

  1. Buy a product of Gulf Adblue and get a cash back ranging from Rs.15 to Rs. 10,000. The Consumers can redeem the cashback via scanning the QR Code or by visiting the following website: www.gulfal-adblue.rewardzpromo.com
  2. The offer is valid for a period from 7th September 2026 to 31st January 2027. RP / Gulf Oil reserves right to cancel/reduce/amend/extend/modify the Cashback Period at its absolute discretion without notice and without any liability, without assigning any reason whatsoever. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.
  3. This cashback is open for all Indian citizens residing in India
  4. Who are of age eighteen (18) years and above on the date of participating in the Offer.
  5. Only Indian citizens residing in India holding valid PAN CARD, AADHAR CARD, DRIVING LISCENCE for verification purpose shall be entitled to participate under this Cashback.

HOW TO CLAIM

  1. Step 1: Any customer who has a Product and desires to avail the cashback, can scan the QR code printed on the product pack or visit the www.gulfal-adblue.rewardzpromo.com website.
  2. Step 2: Customer to enter their Voucher Code, as printed on the on the voucher (below the sliver strip) inside the bucket and enter their Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Age, and other details as mentioned on the web site, Tick on the box where it is written that I have read and understood the terms of the offer and click submit to receive OTP.
  3. Step 3: Customer to open the claim page and enter OTP and choose their preferred cashback option and fill up required details and click submit.
  4. Step 4: The cashback will be processed on the customer’s chosen cashback option with 24 business hours.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CASHBACK

  1. This offer entitles the end user to cashback on their Bank Account Or UPI or Amazon Pay voucher. The customer will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be mentioned on the voucher/scratch card.
  2. Any consumer purchasing a promotional product shall be eligible to receive a Voucher inside the pack. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value as displayed on the screen while after submitting all the details the submitting the details. (“Cashback/Voucher Amount”).
  3. By redeeming the Offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).
  4. The customer will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Bank Account No, etc. REWARDPORT CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD & GULF OIL LUBRICANTS INDIA LIMITED. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promo on website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the details.
  5. The Payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, the Payment processing partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, or withdraw the offer at any me during the Offer Period.
  6. In no event shall REWARDPORT CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD & GULF OIL LUBRICANTS INDIA LIMITED be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including the redemption request not being honoured by the Payment processing partner.
  7. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher as the case may be.
  8. Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai.
  9. The Payment processing partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. The Payment processing partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user's identity.
  10. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.

PRIVACY POLICY

  1. When You participate in the Cashback, we collect, receive, possess, use, store, handle, transfer, process and deal with your personal information which is provided by You. The personal information is being collected by REWARDPORT CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD & GULF OIL LUBRICANTS INDIA LIMITED and shall be retained by REWARDPORT CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD & GULF OIL LUBRICANTS INDIA LIMITED
  2. We may disclose personal information in our discretion, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to court orders, or other legal process as per applicable law. We may disclose personal information to law enforcement offices, third party rights owners, or others in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: enforce our terms of use or privacy policy; respond to claims that an advertisement, posting or other content violates the rights of a third party; or protect the rights, property or personal safety of our users or the general public as may be permitted by applicable law including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
  3. The security of personally identifiable information or sensitive personal data or information is important to Us. We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized use, disclosure, alteration or destruction of the personally identifiable information or sensitive personal data or information.
  4. By participating in the Cashback and/ or by providing Your information, you consent to the collection, receiving, possession, use, storage, dealing, processing and handling of the information You disclose to Us, including but not limited to Your consent for sharing Your information.
  5. Your personal information may be retained and may continue to be used until: (i) the relevant purposes for the use of Your information described in this clause are no longer applicable; and (ii) we are no longer required by applicable law, regulations, legal obligations or legitimate business purposes to retain Your personal information.
  6. The personal information collected in this Cashback will be used to declare the Winners on the website and to communicate promotional offers or information about products by February 2027.
  7. By participating in the Cashback, the Participant agrees to allow REWARDPORT CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD & GULF OIL LUBRICANTS INDIA LIMITED to contact the Participant for the purpose of this Cashback. Further the Participant agrees that the data received during the Cashback by _____ may be used or shared with any agency for any further analysis/ promotion or marketing communications unless You explicitly opt out.
  8. By sharing the information for receipt of cashback, i.e NEFT details or UPI ID, the Participants consent to the collection, storing, processing and use of such information by the REWARDPORT CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD & GULF OIL LUBRICANTS INDIA LIMITED its affiliates, associates, agents, contractors and other third parties for the purpose of fulfilling the deliverables under the Cashback. Such information shall be retained for the duration of the Cashback and for a limited duration thereafter for the purpose of executing and facilitating the Cashback.
  9. Personal information given by the Participants shall be used to deliver Prizes. The personal information is being collected by Rewardport Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd and shall be retained by it as per applicable law, including RBI guidelines.
  10. The Participants have an option of not providing the personal information as required under this Cashback, provided that, in such cases, the prizes and cashback may not be provided to the extent permitted under applicable law. The Participants also have an option to withdraw their consent in relation to usage of personal information during the Cashback Period subject to applicable law requirements. In such cases, the entry of the Participant shall not be considered and Participant shall not be eligible for the Prizes. The Participants may reach out to Rewardport for such withdrawals.
  11. By participating in this Cashback, the Participants acknowledge and consent to transfer and/or disclosure of their personal information by REWARDPORT CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD & GULF OIL LUBRICANTS INDIA LIMITED to any third party authorised by REWARDPORT CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD & GULF OIL LUBRICANTS INDIA LIMITED for providing services in relation to this Cashback.
  12. The sensitive personal data (including financial data) will be protected as per Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 and the related Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures would be complied with.

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. REWARDPORT CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD & GULF OIL LUBRICANTS INDIA LIMITED shall under no circumstances be liable, whether jointly or severally, for any loss or damage suffered or sustained (including but not limited to consequential loss), including for personal injury or property damage suffered or sustained, as a result of acceptance of or participation in the Cashback.
  2. REWARDPORT CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD & GULF OIL LUBRICANTS INDIA LIMITED accept no liability, whether jointly or severally, for any errors or omissions, on behalf of third parties in relation to the Cashback.
  3. The Participant shall be solely responsible for any consequences which may arise due to his/her participation in the Cashback by conducting an illegal act. Participant also undertakes to indemnify REWARDPORT CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD & GULF OIL LUBRICANTS INDIA LIMITED and/or their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (together “Indemnified Persons”) on the happening of such an event (including without limitation cost of attorney, legal charges etc.) on full indemnity basis for any loss/damage suffered by REWARDPORT CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD & GULF OIL LUBRICANTS INDIA LIMITED the Indemnified Persons on account of such act on the part of the Participant.
  4. In consideration of allowing the Participant/s to take part in the Cashback, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Participant/s waive and release each and every right or claim, all actions, causes of actions (present or future) each of them has or may have against REWARDPORT CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD & GULF OIL LUBRICANTS INDIA LIMITED, its respective agents, directors, officers, business associates, group companies, sponsors, employees, or representatives for all and any injuries, accidents, or mishaps (whether known or unknown) or (whether anticipated or unanticipated) arising out of the Cashback or related to the Cashback.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for “sale”.
  2. A maximum of 50 (fifty) vouchers may be used per person, per mobile number, per email id, per account during the promotion period.
  3. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
  4. If you are registered with Do Not Disturb (DND) service, you will not receive an SMS confirmation from us. Please mail us at gulf@rewardport.in for any queries. If Rewardport Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd has already emailed or sent by SMS, Rewardport Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd will not re-send the voucher code to any new or corrected email address or phone number nominated by the entrant.
  5. The “How to Redeem” instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions. For detailed T&C’s please visit www.gulfal-adblue.rewardzpromo.com. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
  6. REWARDPORT CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD & GULF OIL LUBRICANTS INDIA LIMITED is not responsible in case the Voucher codes have expired for any reason whatsoever.
  7. No duplicate Voucher shall be issued to the customers.
  8. REWARDPORT CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD & GULF OIL LUBRICANTS INDIA LIMITED is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
  9. If this promo is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  10. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
  11. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.

Vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning the quality/ availability of featured offers. Rewardport Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
  13. Rewardport Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd. is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, Vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
  14. REWARDPORT CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD & GULF OIL LUBRICANTS INDIA LIMITED does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered as Vouchers under the Offer. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Rewardport Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd. of such a product or service.

  16. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
